A load of bull

I’ve jus come back from a kids club meeting at Kit & Dan’s! As usual we had a well funny time! But dinner was exceptional, not because of the food (though the noodles were yummy!), but we somehow managed to get on to some random topic of how Kit wanted to buy a bull & use to mow the lawn, use it as a car, and collect all its poo & sell at is manure under the name “A load of bull”! Sheer genius! But I’m not sure the kids got the joke! She also pointed that people aren’t likely to steal a bull (even though in Longsight anything is worth stealing!), so you wouldn’t really need insurance for it. We had a bit of a debate as to whether it should be equipped with a nose ring, which reminds me of a proverb me & Bryonny had both read the other day… “A beautiful woman without good sense is like a gold ring in a pig’s snout” (Proverbs 11 v22). I’ll let you all figure out the meaning of that (answers on a postcard to the usual address!)!!!
