Right! I’m back! After a bit of a hectic weekend! The 70′s party was a pretty good laugh! I met a nice girl called Esther from Wolverhampton (Brummie!!!) who’s gonna be the new school’s worker for our church & is also helping out with the Boaz Trust. I hope she manages to settle in alright! Andy spent the whole night whooping everyone at Connect 4. The best game was when he was playing Derek and had won ages ago, but no-one noticed (except Andy) and jus carried on playing! Lol!!!
Sunday was also fun! Alethea’s dedication was brilliant and lots of new people came to church to see it! Kids club was a good laugh too! Especially when Jo Garbutt was trying to get Stefan to bang his cow bell in time to Great Big God so that we had a slight break from the deafening clanging!! Bless her!!!
Afterwards at the pub was great too, although I got a lift with Abi & had to sit next to her whilst she blew some really runny bogey’s from her nose & started wafting the dripping tissue in my face (Yum girl!! She’s nearly as bad as the kids in club!). The food was fantastic though we weren’t quite sure whether I was eating shrimps or prawns (Check out Pepe from the muppet’s unofficial website! This guy is a genius!) Anyway, who cares, it was all good food!!! Mm-mmm!
Then I got in and made pancakes for my wonderful flat mates (See, I am a nice guy really!!!) It’s the only food that I can cook well. Infact, some might say I’m an expert! If anyone would like me to cook pancakes for them I charge £10 for 16 & I shall cook them fresh, in front of your face!!!
